Conference keynotes and strategic starter sessions – $3,000 – $10,000
You don’t want your colleagues to fall behind, and you’ve recognized that before your firm, department or members can seize the benefits of AI, you have to bring your colleagues up to speed and get on the same page. I can help. So can LawQi. (Special considerations available for mission-driven non-profit.)
Strategic Planning sessions – $7,500 – $15,000+
Your team is ready to take action, but aren’t quite sure where to start. Maybe enthusiasm currently outpaces understanding. Let’s work through your needs in 2-3 prep sessions and then assemble your team for a few hours to a full day of focused workshops that put you on the road to success.
Advice and coaching – monthly retainers starting at $1,000
You are looking for an open channel and ongoing insights into the state and trajectory of AI as it relates to your investments, business, practice, employment or environment. You recognize both the gap in your current awareness and the pace of change, and you want support in launching yourself to a position where you define your pace of growth.
Fractional project support – $350/hr
(Currently limited to max 10 hour commitment)
You are committed to pursuing a legal AI project. You know what you want to do, but maybe there is a skills gap on your team or perhaps you don’t have a team available at all. I will pitch in on short-duration projects where you need a skilled AI knowledge worker. This service does not include any coaching, consulting or advisory supports.

I charge a $250 CAD fee for initial 1 hour consultations where requested. If you subsequently engage my services for project or ongoing support, a $250 CAD credit is applied to your first invoice.
This 1 hour consultation option is also open to lawyers, law firms and legal departments looking for an open-ended “first conversation” to ask questions about generative AI and legal practice.
